Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128-bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction. All products unless specified come with a minimum manufacturers 6 months guarantee.
It is you the customers’ responsibility to return the product to us if a fault has been found within the guarantee period or we can collect for £15 per box. Little Pebbles or any associated company will not be liable for the costs incurred in returning the product to our Cardiff or Lincoln warehouse for repair or replacement if the item is damaged due to misuse. However, we will cover the costs of collection & returning the repaired or replaced goods to you if the item is faulty due to a manufacturers fault.
You have the right to change your mind providing you return the goods unopened and in ‘AS NEW’ condition. The goods must be returned to within 7 days (at your own expense) for a full refund. Beyond 7 days we are only able to replace the goods if the manufacturer admits liability to a fault and the goods cannot be repaired.
Please be aware that the use of Buggy Boards or any other third party devise attached to a pram/pushchair will invalidate the guarantee on that product.
Please Note:
Nursery Sets, Gifts, Clothing, ‘Pampering’ section goods & Toys are non-returnable once ordered, once delivered we will not enter into a return communication. If you cancel any of these items before delivery we will charge a fee equal to 40% of the sales value. Cots & Cot Beds once partially/wholly assembled are also non-returnable unless there is a manufacturers fault.
