Little Pebbles will endeavour to supply only the highest quality products and believe you will be delighted with your choices. If there is any problem with your purchase there are procedures to follow in returning your item(s).
If you wish to return an item we advise you first to phone us on 01237 451472 or e-mail returns@littlepebbles.com - whereby we will discuss the reason for return. If at all possible, please email a photo of the damaged goods as it may be possible to send a replacement part instead of returning goods. If your product(s) is faulty on receipt you must let us know within 48hrs.then please package the goods ready for return and we will arrange a collection by courier within 48 hours. (UK only) We will endeavour to send out a repaired or replacement product within 7-10 days or give you a full refund. If your item is out of the guarantee period or has been damaged due to mishandling then a price will be obtained for repair.

Collection Charges
You can choose to either organise your own return, at your own cost, or request a collection. Our courier collects Mon-Fri between 10:00 - 18:00. At least 24 hours notice is required to organise the collection. To take advantage of our collection service, charges are as follows: £15 per box
Certain exceptions may apply with the larger furniture items collected from the following postcodes:
Postcodes BT, IM, IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-78, PH30-44, PH49-50,TR21-25, ZE
You will be informed of the returns charge applicable to you when requesting the collection.
A non-refundable collection charge of £40 will be applied to selected larger items due to surcharges imposed by the courier.
