Little Pebbles will endeavour to supply only the highest quality products and believe you will be delighted with your choices. If there is any problem with your purchase there are procedures to follow in returning your item(s). If you wish to return an item we advise you first to phone us on 01237 451472 or e-mail returns@littlepebbles.com - whereby we will discuss the reason for return. If at all possible, please email a photo of the damaged goods as it may be possible to send a replacement part instead of returning goods. If your product(s) is faulty on receipt you must let us know within 48hrs.then please package the goods ready for return and we will arrange a collection by courier within 48 hours. (UK only) We will endeavour to send out a repaired or replacement product within 7-10 days or give you a full refund. If your item is out of the guarantee period or has been damaged due to mishandling then a price will be obtained for repair. IMPORTANT INFORMATION Once we have received and verified the returned goods we will then initiate a refund, replacement or repair. Any refunds due to the customer will be processed within 30 days of receipt of the goods by Little Pebbles, as per Distance Selling Regulations. *Any items purchased and taken or delivered outside the UK will not be returnable and all manufacturers warranties are void.
