Can I return goods I do not like?
Yes. The goods must be unused and in their original undamaged packaging, in as new condition. We must be advised within 7 days, you can arrange return or use our returns service, which will cost £15.00 per box.
How long are goods guaranteed for?
All nursery goods have a minimum 6-month guarantee.
Are my credit card details safe with you?
We use NoChex to process your payment and therefore we do not hold any credit card information on our website. Please visit the NoChex website to find out about their security policy relating to storing credit card information.
How long do you take to reply to e-mails?
We aim to reply within 3 working days.
How long does delivery take?
We despatch most orders received before 1pm the following day to the UK Mainland. (Order Friday for Monday delivery, order Saturday or Sunday for Tuesday delivery). Highlands & Islands & Isle of Man may take up to 7 days. For goods we have to order in direct from the Manufacturer this may take up to 14 days to deliver to the UK and 21 days for Highlands & Islands & Isle of Man.
What if my goods are damaged in transit?
Notify us within 48 hours and we will collect the goods free of charge and arrange to send a replacement.
What if I require a repair?
If it is a manufacturing fault it will be repaired and returned to you free of charge. Sometimes we will send a replacement part if it is not difficult to fit. Non-warranty repairs, we will phone you with a quote once the item have been inspected. Please note all items being collected must be boxed to avoid damage in transit and you must be available to sign for the collection.
Are you new to the nursery industry?
No, we have 14 years experience in buying and selling nursery goods, we have just gone global by launching our website.
Why are your prices so low?
Little Pebbles operate from warehousing so we do not have high costs associated with high street sales; we pass this saving to you.
Where do you ship?
We ship to all areas on the UK Mainland. There is a shipping charge of £25.00 for the Offshore Postcodes for the Highlands and Islands of Scotland & Isle of Man) For Northern Ireland & Scilly Isles or any other destination please contact us and if possible we will obtain a postage price.
How can I pay?
We accept all major cards through Nochex.
Reusable Packing
All our goods are brand new but please be aware that we do try to use reuseable packaging. Please do not refuse your order because the box doesn't look like what you were expecting!! Reusable packaging always helps toward saving the planet!
